It’s Monday

Arghh, god I don’t know about the rest of the world but I hate Mondays. Days with the hubby just aren’t long enough. He works such long hours we hardly see him before work and after, so I look forward to my weekends. Soooo my diet went to the shits over the weekend but nothing new there. Today was a new day and I thought what better then to get to it. Hardly put in the recommended intake but put three meals in, I guess for today that will have to do, but tomorrow we’ll have to try hard to get in between meals. If it’s not to hot I will boil some eggs and make muffins or cookies for snacks and add salads to lunch and supper along with my veggie, potatoe and meat.

The fair wasn’t as much fun as it normally is as it stormed and the whole fair grounds looked like a pig pen, but the kids had a blast and that’s what counts isn’t it? Kaitlynn slipped on her butt a couple times which was absolutely funny mainly because she was mortified and Kristie well Kristie is Kristie, she fell a few but then she also purposely sat in puddles and mud. Well gonna go watch 21 and then hit the hay.

Busy

Oh my, the last two days I have been so busy. Our sewer got sick and she was yet to get slipcovers done for a customer so I have two days to do them and make them look nice, errrr. I finished one yesterday other then the end before I ran out of thread and since I was working alone at the store couldn’t go get thread. Lost alot of time and now have three more to make today. They are all cut out just need to sew them and attach buttons. Hopefully my helper comes today as between the kids and that project I don’t really have time to deal with customers which believe me I would rather do. My cousin is getting his surgery today and I am completely insane with worry as he’s only 11 and it will be critical it’s being done in Montreal so not sure when I will hear anything about that. AS for my diet ya well what diet, Can’t wait for next week and I will do the journaling and follow it as much as I can, this week went down the tube. We are taking the girls to Delta fair this weekend and going to Mallorytown so I will add more on Monday. Chow.

Back to blogging

Well I have tried blogging before and liked it and then I found facebook and sat way to many hours playing with it instead of doing the blogging, but I found I’d rather do blogging for what I enjoyed blogging about, myself. It’s more for personal reasons that I have started up again and one being I have to diet and write down what I do what I eat and so forth, well journals are no fun but computers are so what better way to do it then blog about it.

Today was my 2nd visit to the dietician and it wasn’t all that pleasurable as I have dropped two pounds so now just to be were I am supposed to be I have to put on 12 pounds and that’s not even counting the agreed upon amount that we felt I would feel the best at. My first visit I weighed in at 96 and we agreed upon a high protien, high fat diet and needed to be at least 106 for height and build to be considered healthy and since I have been as low as 94 and as high as 152 I said that I felt the best at 111 to 114 and thats what I want to be back to. I have to keep going to see her until I weigh 106. I thought well since I have a meal plan in front of me then sure this might not be so hard well now I’m back at 94 and feel very discouraged at the same time. I was doing so well trying to follow a routine with eating that I must be putting something on, I weigh myself oh and look at that I gained a pound, yah I thought, well then I started feeling like crap at night from eating every two hours as instructed so went to eating 3 meals high in everything and snacking small throughout the day, felling better now and look it here I have lost two pounds and then fell off the wagon so to speak and fell into my old habits after a stressful weekend and week and dropped another pound, oh great just wonderful what do you know times up back to the dietician head between my knees and lectured. So now I am to journal everything I consume in a day and how much of each item and bring it back to her in 4 weeks and see how I do. Not starting today as I got kicked in the ass today and have been sorrowing in self pity and damned my diet for the day :(
